WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The program will teach new EB Producers:
Technical Employee Benefits insurance training In depth coverage analysis and policy review Insurance carrier marketing Outside sales and customer consultation Business to business relationship development Account management and customer service WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Active Illinois Producer's Life & Health License, or obtain within 90 days of employment Bachelor's Degree Strong financial aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 WHAT WE OFFER:
