As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve in the vital role of representing the health system to patients that choose our organization for their healthcare needs.
In this role, you will:
Greet patients and visitors with a smile when they arrive at one of our facilities Heavy phone work to include:
scheduling appointments, telephone encounters, and routine office duties Utilize the kiosk to help patients with registrations Verify all patients are registered with current demographic and insurance data Collect payments from patients Scan all necessary identification and insurance cards REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to multi-task, have excellent verbal/computer skills, type 35-40wpm and have at least one year of office or customer service experience - preferably in a medical setting.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
