The Center for Sleep Medicine is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Administrative Manager to lead and optimize our administrative operations.
The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the President/CEO.
As the Administrative Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency, implementing policies, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
You will be expected to undertake regular travel to all five office locations.
Responsibilities:
Workplace Efficiency Enhancement:
Develop, implement, and evaluate new administrative policies and procedures to streamline workflow and improve overall workplace efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
Staff Supervision:
Lead, guide, and supervise administrative staff, ensuring their adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide direction, support, and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and success.
Communication Facilitation:
Oversee and facilitate communication between departments and teams to ensure effective information flow and collaboration.
Address communication gaps and challenges promptly to promote a cohesive work environment.
Administrative Systems Development:
Design, develop, and improve administrative systems, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
Regularly review processes to identify inefficiencies and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
Policy Development and Review:
Collaborate with senior management to develop, update, and review administrative policies and guidelines.
Ensure that policies are clear, consistent, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Employee Management and Development:
Participate in the hiring, training, and onboarding of administrative personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure a high level of competency and professionalism.
Resource Allocation:
Manage resources, including budget allocation, to support the smooth functioning of administrative operations.
Optimize resource allocation to align with strategic priorities and objectives.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance interdepartmental cooperation and communication.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that supports the achievement of company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Years of proven experience in administrative management roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative purposes.
Ability to implement and improve policies and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead a team through transitions.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources and implementing policies.
Candidates with a strong background in HR (certified), finance, and policy implementation are strongly preferred for this role.
