Represents one or more officers of the organization in a professional manner.
Utilizes advanced computer software skills to perform complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables, forms and presentations.
Performs advanced administrative support duties using tact, discretion, and judgment.
Develops and implements improved office and departmental procedures.
Acts independently in overseeing varied projects and providing expert professional assistance to senior level administrative staff at Linden Oaks.
Education, Experience and/or Skill Required:
Associate's Degree or administrative support certification or demonstrated completion of administrative support classes.
Minimum five years of previous experience in an administrative support role with increasing levels of responsibility.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Calendar management, scheduling high level meetings A high level of flexibility and ability to change, organizational and multitasking skills required Ability to take meeting minutes A high level of problem-solving/critical thinking skills License/Certification preferred:
