Must be proficient with mobile phones, laptop, spreadsheets, and booking software.
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in a fast-paced environment assisting customers with making service appointments, and recommending maintenance plans.
The position requires the candidate to adhere to the company's standard procedures, perform clerical duties, and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions via cell phone, email, or chat.
Research customer issues and complaints and resolve as needed.
Provide information about company products to customers.
Translate customer issues to service technicians in clear and detailed service notes.
Work in a timely manner and meet individual deadlines or production goals.
Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Balance heavy call volume with completing tasks, and maintaining high-level of communications with the Harmonic team.
A 90-day and annual review provided to discuss performance and goals.
