The Administrative Coordinator will work directly with department leaders on company wide initiatives, ensuring that goals for growth and business development are met each quarter.
What You'll Do:
Filter and translate leadership ideas into functional plans for the business, while holding others accountable to their tasks Collaborate with team members on company wide projects or initiatives Assist in managing vendor relationships Consistently work to achieve company goals, and provide high quality work Standardize and systematize work, establish and achieve goals, and remove obstacles and barriers Develop overall strategies, plans, and policies to ensure company growth Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to listen, learn, teach and align other leaders.

40 hours per week, Full-time, Hybrid (remote and in-person) Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor level collegiate degree in healthcare, business administration, human resources, management, marketing or similar field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a general office environment with gradually increasing responsibility or equivalent experience.
Prior mental health experience is a plus but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
