Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the office team in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
Primary Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a current client, an internal Company team member or a vendor.
Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications.
Notify prospective clients of results.
Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy.
Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc.
on a daily basis.
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience o Strong communication skills o High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment o Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service o Great with people -- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone o Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
o Valid driver's license o High School Diploma or equivalent o Available on weekends.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
