The Trails & Tides Store Manageris responsible for the execution of store strategy to achieve performance goals, and the cultivation of a high performing team who will deliver a best-in-class experience to our store guests.
Specifically, the Trails & Tides Store Manager will:
ensure the store is on target to achieve sales goals.
manage store resources to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement.
Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company's core values.
Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales, product and staff training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
Partner with marketing to execute effective store communications, ensuring that staff is involved and updated.
Assist in recruitment, selection and on-boarding of store staff.
Train, guide and coach staff on selling and service skills.
Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of retail supervisory or management experience.
Solid computer and POS skills, a flexible schedule, and basic retail math skills.
A sales focus, a desire for success, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
