Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and soups - Assist customers with their deli orders and provide excellent customer service - Operate deli equipment including slicers, ovens, and grills - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area - Stock and rotate deli products to ensure freshness - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Previous experience in a deli or food service setting is preferred but not required - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you are a team player with a passion for providing great food and excellent customer service, we would love to have you join our team as a Deli Associate!
