We are looking to add a seasoned Architectural Job Captain to our ranks.
As an Architectural Job Captain, you will:
Investigate job sites with team members to identify project obstacles and verify existing site conditions to avoid surprises during construction.
Prepare permit drawings (plans, elevations, and MEP drawings).
Prepare cabinet drawings.
Meet with clients to review cabinet drawings and obtain client signature of approval, prior to cabinet order.
Prepare construction drawings.
Verify that project drawings accurately reflect the approved project scope.
Prepare change order requests when there are project scope changes.
Ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
The ideal candidate must have experience drafting for remodeling projects.
