Responsibilities:
The ideal team member would feel comfortable acting as a patient liaison and be able to talk with patients about sensitive topics including financials, have excellent listening skills, and have confidence in their communication abilities.
Maintaining organization and operational efficiency while handling typical front desk and reception responsibilities is a must.
Qualifications:
Prior experience not required and willing to train the right candidate.
Previous chiropractic experience as a patient or employee is a plus.
The ideal team member(s) has an upbeat, positive attitude and a growth mindset.
This person should be excited about working in a lively, high-energy environment.
The right person is engaging, hard-working, reliable, punctual, flexible/adaptable, and health-conscious.
Work Schedule:
(Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available):
Hours for the full time opportunity are:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:
30AM-6:
00PM.
Tuesday 2:
00PM-7:
00PM & Friday 9:
30AM-2:
00PM.
Approximately 32-40 hrs per week.
No weekends or major holidays.
Hours primarily needed for part time would include (all or a combination of at least 2 of the following):
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, approximately 1:
00PM-6:
00PM.
Friday 9:
30AM-2:
00PM.
Wage:
Full time position would be a paid salary position based on equivalent hourly rate of $17.
00-$20.
00 / per hour to start.
Part time position would be paid at hourly rate ($16.
00-$19.
00 per hour) depending on experience, qualifications, and available work schedule.
Additionally, employees also become eligible for bonuses and paid time off after an initial 90-day training period.
