Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Google (calendar, drive, gmail, docs etc) and QuickBooks Data management and entry skills Accurate record keeping Written communication skills Time management, multitasking, and flexibility Organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others Must respect sensitivity and confidentiality of clients Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree a plus Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) - is a plus Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus Work Hours and Benefits 20 hours a week (Independent contractor) $21/22 an hour Job Types:
