Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information - File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy - Maintain an organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and transcribing - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members - Experience with property management platforms ( OneSite, Yardi, Buildium ) We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
