Job Description:
Chabad's Office Manager provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director and the organization leaders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
The Chabad's Office Manager acts as a liaison between the Executive Director and staff members, congregants, and external contacts.
The Office Manager assists with managing the Executive Director's schedule, coordinating events and meetings, and handling confidential information.
Operations and Administration:
Maintaining Programming Calendars and Schedules Prepare and Edit Correspondence, Reports, and Other Documents Overseeing Facility Maintenance Assist with Programming Administration Coordinating Vendors/Volunteers for Facility and Maintenance Needs Purchasing Office Supplies and Equipment Events and Marketing:
Assist in planning and organizing programs, ceremonies, and events.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, such as venue bookings, catering, audiovisual equipment and supplies.
Prepare event materials, including agendas, programs, and promotional materials Digital Presence and Technology:
Maintaining and Updating Website & weekly newsletter Manage Social Media Presence, Including Facebook
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant certification in project management, marketing, or communications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using office productivity software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Strong Organizational Skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Experience with Salesforce Database System is a Plus Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
Must be a self-starter and driven.
