The ideal candidate must be able to take the responsibilities for the following:
Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
Responsible for general clean-up of the community.
Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.
Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
Must have a good history of job dependability and performance.
Must have experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must have HVAC Type II Certification.
