We're searching for an Office Manager who thrives in a tech-focused startup environment, ready to manage a blend of remote and local tasks.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants room for growth.
Though we are a law firm, we are open to hiring from outside our industry.
Location:
Naperville, IL (with required travel to Chicago approx.
once every 2 weeks) Type:

Responsibilities:
Assume a leadership role for our fast-growing practice Maintain a great attitude and be willing to adapt to rapid change Oversee remote staff handling billing, engagement letters, and more Ability to delegate and oversee multiple tasks is crucial Excellent, upbeat phone and in-person skills a must Conduct research, document review, and some filing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
