Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day operations Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Maintaining policies and procedures in all aspects of the business Performing the functions of team members when necessary Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our facility Enforce/ensure ALL safety roles and waiver policy Other management duties as assigned Ability to do manual labor Ability to perform court inspections and maintenance Ability to enforce rules and regulations Physical agility and strength required Ability to coach and train staff Ability to handle and resolve problems in a positive manner
