- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or similar roles - Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent typing skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred
