Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant (Front Desk) - Part Time

Lifetime Health & Wellness is a pediatric & prenatal focused family chiropractic wellness office located in Naperville IL.

Responsibilities:
The ideal team member would feel comfortable acting as one of both a doctors' aide and patient liaison and be able to talk with patients about sensitive topics and handle patient paperwork with care & confidentiality (including financials), have excellent listening skills, and have confidence in their communication abilities.
Maintaining organization and operational efficiency are a must as this position will require patient facing responsibilities while both assisting the doctors in a clinical setting as well as in handling standard front desk / reception responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience not required and willing to train the right candidate.
Previous chiropractic experience as a patient or employee is a plus.
The ideal team member(s) has an upbeat, positive attitude and a growth mindset.
This person should be excited about working in a lively, high-energy environment.
The right person is engaging, hard-working, reliable, punctual, flexible/adaptable, and health-conscious.
Work Schedule:
Primarily looking for someone to cover afternoon shifts throughout the week:
Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday (approx.
1PM-7PM) OR a combination of Tuesday/Thursday afternoons (1PM-7PM) and any morning shifts:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8:
30AM-2PM.
No regular weekend hours, late evenings, or major holidays.
Wage:
Hourly rate of $16.
00-19.
00 depending on experience, qualifications, and available work schedule.
Additionally, employees become eligible for bonuses and paid time off after an initial 90-day training period.
