Relationship Manager Tier 1

D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Relationship Manager Tier 1 for our Naperville, IL location.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts responsible for renewing and growing (approx. $3M and 250 customers) small business customers with an average annual spend of $15,000-$30,000. Providing business solutions that impact performance within the customers functional areas: risk management, finance, marketing, purchasing, and technology.
Daily customer contacts via telephone, web and email will include: subscription renewals of annual service, leveraging segment Specialists for upsell and cross-sell including increased credit, marketing/sales and purchasing penetration, customer intelligence gathering, advance application identification and qualification and post-sale fulfillment and customer satisfaction assurance. Execution of targeted campaigns.
Creation of monthly new business pipeline of $20,000 and closing a minimum of $5,000 monthly. Forecast accuracy +/-5%. Portfolio management including advanced renewals 70% of next month; 50% of two months out and 40% three months out.
Effectively utilize sales force automation tools to effectively communicate with sales leadership and organize customer relationships.
Remains knowledgeable of customers industry trends, general economic conditions, financial practices, and the broad spectrum of D&B products and their applications
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree is preferred.
2-3 years of business to business inside sales experience with consultative selling skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong organization skills as seen through effective use of Sale Force Automation Productivity, desk and time management and various other planning tools and execution.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Applications required.
Knowledge/use of Sales Force Automation tools: Salesforce.com or other applications strongly desired.
Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
