Summary: The business analyst analyzes business procedures, policies, and requirements from a technology point of view and translates them to become part of a system for the organization. Business analysts are responsible for full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation to post implementation monitoring.

SUMMARY OF
Responsibilities:
Business analyst's main responsibility is to ensure the operational efficiency and excellence of the manufacturing unit. Business analysts design and document work flow, provide new ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths and JD Edwards ERP system.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Develop and gather business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the technical development team


First-hand knowledge of set up and configuration knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One Distribution/Manufacturing software


Design, configuration and testing of systems


Evaluating data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops


Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet business needs


Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents


Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements


Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client


Designing and executing test scripts and test scenarios


Coordinating with the groups of business units who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software


Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines


Perform daily operational resolution of issues supporting business applications


Provide expertise to the business and other analysts for business process support, system upgrades, and JD Edwards ERP module implementation throughout the global organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Oracle's JD Edwards ERP Enterprise One manufacturing experience. Expertise of the following modules required: Quality Management, Requirements Planning, Mixed-Mode Manufacturing, Configurator, Capacity and Resource Planning, Shop Floor Control


RF ID data collection systems


Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and project management tools


Business degree preferred. Expecting 8-10 years of JDE distribution/manufacturing experience. Will consider combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents business processes. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from our user/customer base. Ability to use clear, concise written communication.


REASONING ABILITY


Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
