Sales Assistant to assist the sales team with small business renewals, broker agreements & doing data entry for new proposals.
We?d like the person to start as soon as possible and anticipate the need for approximately three months with a possible extension for the right person. We also foresee the need for a temp to assist with mid-market RFPs during our crunch period and may decide to train the temp on this function as well.
Scan and save paperwork to the system. Using CRM and system application. Assist with follow up e-mails to brokers, verify all information is received and entered. Create summary of benefits and ID cards.
Renewal acceptance ? saving signed contracts and acceptance
Insurance Broker updates, pull invoices from the system.
An insurance background is a nice to have but is not mandatory. Attention to detail and having a good work ethic is very important for this role.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
