We are currently seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our leadership team as the Sales Director. The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, out-reach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, and holding community events.
The ideal candidate should have more than one year of successful sales experience preferably in senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC). It is essential for this individual to have professional communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate events. Additionally, the candidate must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills. The ability to be on call and work weekends and holidays is also necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
