Business Analyst Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Business Analyst in Naperville, IL. This is a large replacement project. They are replacing 2 applications and moving them into one brand new application for a loan origination system. This is a highly visible project that will be taking place over 2014 - 2015. The business analyst will be working with an off the shelf application called net oxygen Any Business Analysts that have experience with Net Oxygen will be an asset. The Business Analysts will be focusing on requirements for the different work streams. This is a fast pace implementation. Looking for someone to help with their interfaces, with things like credit burials.
Business Analyst Mandatory Skills
Lending experience - These candidates need to have previous lending experience as the project will be moving at a fast pace. The candidates need to understand the language and terminology of lending. The manager would like to see lending experience in the following: retail lending, mortgage, home equity, and consumer loans experience.
Other Skills Needed:
1.) Document mapping/data mapping experience. This is highly important.
2.) Strong ability to work independently in a fast pace environment. The business analysts need to come in and be able to hit the ground running
3.) Experience working with interfaces
4.) Experience gathering and documenting requirements
5.) Experience with Word, SharePoint, Excel as well as process work
6.) The manager would like to see BA's coming from large enterprise environments who have worked on large project implementation
7.) Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
They will have a practice lead, a senior BA, and a few others who are very knowledgeable on the business side. Strong BA who can work independently is desired.
