Manager is looking for bright, professional, quicker learners to fill her 2 open positions!
The contractors will be supporting the Escrow team (which handles paying out property taxes, insurance claims, home owner taxes, etc). Escrow experience a plus! The manager is seeking candidates who can work efficient and provide quality service to their clients. They will be dealing with internal employees, external clients and vendors. They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - phone and email communications. They will be conducting research/investigating files, retrieving/saving data and files. There will be data entry involved in their daily duties. MLS/XAM knowledge a plus, but training will be provided. Computer savvy and has Microsoft Office software a must.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
4
years customer service related experience required.
Multi-tasker, takes direction/feedback well.
Great interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with with internal employees, external clients and vendors.
Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
Review and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
Perform other duties as assigned
Escrow experience a plus!
MLS/XAM knowledge a plus!
Financial Institution experience a plus!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
