The selected individual will work for a prestigious Insurance Company providing administrative support to the insurance sales staff including responding to insurance RFP's, entering data into Excel and Access, identifying missing information, etc.
RFP processing
Preparation & distribution of geographical access reports
Coordination of receipts of proposal from underwriting
Following up on proposal released, status and additional requests/reworks as directed by sales executive
Coordination of post sale activities
Preparation of materials for broker meetings
Assisting in the maintenance of marketing databases (CRM, RFP Tracker)
Requirements:
Insurance Sales Support experience required
RFP experience required
Requires a background check
Requires good data entry, basic excel and customer service test scores.
