Responsibilities:
Research, receive and maintain current information on notifications regarding application updates, versions and new functionality from vendors. Act as project manager for major software, hardware and UCC technology projects and serve as a liaison between information systems groups and vendors Create architectural blueprints and technical specs for the implementation of UCC technologies including Unified Desktop client (Microsoft Lync), Voice-over-IP, SPAM Filtering, Email (Exchange), Mobility solutions, SIP, etc. Validate that tools are functioning properly by installing and performing tests on products supplied by vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 5
years of experience working in a Microsoft operating system environment Experience creating architectural blueprints and technical specs for the implementation of UCC technologies including Unified Desktop client (Microsoft Lync), Voice-over-IP, SPAM Filtering, Email (Exchange), Mobility solutions, SIP, etc. Project Management experience for software/hardware and new messaging technology including development of project plans, scope analysis, project timeline and resource identification MCSE and/or Cisco Network Certifications are strongly preferred
