Staff Accountant
Full Time, Direct Hire position, Naperville, IL (Northwest side of Naperville)

Responsibilities:
Prepare channel forecast reports and other reporting
Issue purchase orders
Inventory management and valuation
Maintain expense file and make journal entries for distributions
Maintain fixed assets for year-end reconciliation
Reconcile sales monthly
Provide support for accounts payable
Assist with month end close activities
Reconcile e-commerce credit card payments daily
Import daily and weekly sales data
Reconcile consignment buildings, format reports, enter A/R invoices
Assist with sales/use tax preparation
File sales tax returns, 1042's and VAT
Unclaimed property compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3
years of accounting experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Ability to set priorities, be detail oriented and multi task efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented personality with the proven ability to build strong business relationships
Manage confidential information with integrity
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience with SAP Business One preferred, but not required
