The essential tasks of the Service Manager are to prioritize, administer, handle, coach and train all field Technicians. The focus of the Service Manager will be on delivering a level of service that far exceeds the customers' expectations. The Service Manager will utilize customer service training to educate and assist Field Technicians with regard to educating customers in choosing service, finance options and handling customer relations. This individual is aware of the importance of incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution and proper documentation of work and is knowledgeable of the concept of flat rate pricing and its practice.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
