Provide Level 2 desktop field support directly onsite for client problem resolution.
o Ensure compliance of desktop and laptop PCs with IT standard configurations and procedures.
o Utilize MS Windows Server administration tools to resolve client issues.
o Swap out or maintain desktop or laptop PC hardware, software, components or peripherals.
o Troubleshoot PC operating systems.
o Utilize software distribution tools and standard desktop support tools.
o Become familiar with specific Business Unit environments.
Qualifications:
o Associate's or BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience providing desktop support or Help Desk services.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and basic computer support are required for this position.
o Strong analytical skills to resolve problems and think creatively.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make formal presentations to various audiences.
o Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
o Ability to work in a virtual environment (working with remote co-workers using virtual technologies).
o Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
